Not only has he run his own business, but Greg has been a superintendent for a variety of construction groups. He has worked on several types of projects including new home builds, remodels, additions, and even sports courts. Due to all of this experience, Greg makes certain that the job is done right, has an eye to make sure every little detail is taken care, and helps ensure your dream home looks amazing.
Pat Troshynski
warranty administratorThe relationship with our clients does not end once you move into your new home, but rather it grows stronger. Once an owner of his own construction company, Pat continues to put his lifelong experiences in the construction industry to work as our Warranty Administrator. His excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional experience in closing out residential developments makes the move-in process a breeze. Pat will eagerly work to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your new home.
Sam Grace
construction field technicianSam has been working in the construction industry for a little over two years. He does a variety of things for Graces Homes which is why he is considered the supervisor’s right-hand man. He does things from rough carpentry like building soffits and benches. To finish carpentry like trim and hardware. He also finds himself in the bobcat a lot doing a variety of things. Lastly, he does the clean up during the building process.
