Jason Troshynski is Ted Grace’s nephew, and like Ted he grew up around the construction industry his entire life. Early on, Jason helped his father frame homes, building his hard work ethic and construction experience. He worked as a product representative in various industries, including representing building material manufacturers that provide products for all types of construction. He worked with architects, general contractors and homeowners to help design and implement products that met their project needs.

It was then that Jason decided to put his experience and knowledge to work under one roof. Combining his sales, marketing, and construction knowledge, Jason partnered with his uncle in 2012 and became part of Grace Homes’ team.

Jason is responsible for Grace Homes’ business development: he oversees Grace Homes, continues to grow it, ensures standards on projects and homes are being met with our clients’ best interests in mind. He’s the guy who keeps business coming in.

As owner and president, he is deeply involved in the design process from the moment you walk in the door with your dream home ideas. His passion is working with you and our drafting team to design the floor plan paying close attention to functionality, design, and overall aesthetic of the way your home will look and work for you and your family. During the custom design process he will bring his guidance, expertise, and creativeness to the project.

Jason takes pride in the family’s real estate background, and continues to diversify Grace Homes’ business plan. His passion is working with people and construction, working with clients to find their perfect piece of real estate and working with them to get the perfect house.
